Join us as we kick our creative blocks to the curb in this workshop with approachable strategies and exercises to nurture YOUR unique painting style. 

Do you dream of capturing that magical, golden glow bouncing off a meadow at 6:37 PM sharp? Does the idea of painting outside—yes, OUTSIDE, where the sun warms one cheek and the breeze chills the other—fill you with deep joy and a tiny sense of logistical panic? Then you’ve found your tribe.

A landscape is so much more than just a pretty view. It’s the sense of place where a moment unfolds and nature touches each of our senses— Join us to translate your experience onto canvas.

In this workshop, we’ll use “Oblique Strategies”—creative side-doors, media explorations, quirky prompts, and mindset shortcuts—to bypass your inner critic, connect with the landscape, and make art that genuinely feels like you. You will create multiple small scale studies and paintings.

All Levels Welcome. Bring your favorite painting media and support. The rest of the supplies are provided.
