I’ve been commissioning work from Travis for over 30 years, and his pieces - from pottery, to paintings, to watches, to skateboards - always seem to catch the eye and spark conversation. My home has become something of a Travis gallery, and over time I’ve come to see these works much like tattoos: part of me. They reflect moments in time and space that speak back whenever I pause to admire them. No matter the medium, a morsel of Travis’s soul is embedded in each piece, something I deeply admire and feel fortunate to experience through his work.
